This year’s 2-day program focuses on the data science that informs people decisions and creates business impact. It will be held at the InterContinental Hotel in Atlanta. Presentation topics include measuring employee engagement and culture change, data science innovation, and best practices for explaining data-based insights, applying big data analytics to small datasets, interfaces between big data analytics and I-O, and privacy and ethics concerns associated with using talent analytics.
A total of 10.5 CE credits are awarded for attending both days of the program, just in time for the end of the 2015-16 licensing cycle in Georgia.
